Cyprus Shore is a prestigious gated community in San Clemente, California, that is considered to be a surfer’s dream. Homeowners have access to private beaches, and the world class surf beaches of Trestles and Cottons are within walking distance.
Because of its location, Cyprus Shore has some of the most expensive real estate in the city. This community has 123 custom luxury homes, that range from 1,900 to 4,300 square feet. This community is neighbored by the gated subdivisions of The Breakers and Cyprus Cove. Amenities include a community swimming pool, private park, clubhouse, and tennis courts. Cyprus Shore is located in the city’s southwest area. Street names that run through this tract include Calle Ariana, Calle Lisa, Calle Tiare, and Calle Alicia.
The Capistrano Unified School District serves this community, with highly ranked facilities such as Concordia Elementary School, Shorecliffs Middle School, and San Clemente High School. The high school is known for its advanced placement courses and International Baccalaureate (IB) program. The Capistrano Connections Academy is a virtual public K-12 school that offers more flexible hours for students. Cyprus Shore is also the home to the La Casa Pacifica, which is also known as the Nixon White House. This mansion was lived in by Nixon when he wasn’t working in the official Washington D.C. residence.
